How to Participate

1. Team Formation Rules

  • Minimum of 2 and maximum of 5 members per team
  • Bonus points will be awarded for transnational team composition
  • Participants must be formally affiliated with a university, either as undergraduate, master’s, or doctoral students

2. Building Your Transnational Team

You have two strategic pathways:

  1. Build your own international team
    – Form a Brazilian team and develop your project’s theme.
    – Invite international members (1 or 2 students) through the Team Form, specifying the project and desired skills.
  2. Join other teams as an international member
    – Join existing teams as an international member.
    – Fill out the Participant Without a Team Form, specifying your skills and preferences.

3. Topic Selection

The topics to be developed in the projects can be either proposed by the teams themselves or chosen from a list of suggestions provided by organizers and partners.

 

4. Methodology

Teams must use the 5W1H method (What, When, Where, Why, Who, and How) to analyze their projects.
