How to Participate

1. Team Formation Rules

• Minimum of 2 and maximum of 5 members per team.
• Bonus points will be awarded for teams with international members.
• Participants must be formally affiliated with a university, either as undergraduate, master’s, or doctoral students.
• Each team can have up to 2 observers from relevant Chinese and Latin American institutions who will receive participation certificates but are not eligible for the prize.

2. Building Your Transnational Team

Two pathways:

1. Build your own international team
   – Form a Brazilian team and develop your project’s theme.
   – Invite international members (1 or 2 students).
2. Join other teams as an international member

3. Topic Selection

The topics to be developed in the projects can be either proposed by the teams themselves or chosen from a list of suggestions provided by organizers and partners.

 

4. Methodology

Teams must use the 5W1H method (What, When, Where, Why, Who, and How) to analyze their projects.
